Once you get home and unpackage your river, lake, or ocean-faring beast, join the two paddle pieces, fit your seat, and rudder system, and you’re good to go.

Black Bass’s seating system features deluxe mesh fabric, aluminum frame, and adjustable settings. All the better for you to charge through the break and into the action in an upright position.

Our easy-to-install rudder system, guide the submerged fin at the stern from side-to-side for enhanced steering, or to keep you on a straight course with helpful tracking.

Set up your bait station on the Black Bass’s spacious deck, fill the recessed storage area, and rest your rods in any or all of the molded-in or swivel rod holders. Use the center console for your fishfinder or electronics.
With a max capacity of 550lbs, the front tank well, rear bungee storage, center console hatch, and round storage hatch behind the seating area, the Black Bass can take the load.

The Black Bass is a 5mm rotomolded polyethylene construction. Premium-quality fixtures are of marine-grade stainless steel, and the inserts are captive brass.

TARPON 12’0 DELUXE FISHING KAYAK

While the Tarpon is a single sit-on-top fishing kayak suitable for beginner, intermediate, and advanced paddlers, we’ve taken this vessel and given it several deluxe upgrades.
Tarpon sports more significant rectangle storage hatches measuring 35cmx25cm. The center console hatch houses dry lining for you to keep your electronics and valuables (within the added care of a dry bag in case of capsizing), while the hatch behind the seat is where you can drop your fish once you’ve caught them.

The Tarpon comes complete with an aluminum seat, clip the seat in the four-point seat locks, and then you ready to hit the water. This seat is excellent for reclining while you wait for the fish to bite, or position it forward for a more comfortable paddle stance as you make your way over vast stretches of water.

Tarpon sports five accessory tracks, including two tracks with adjustable bungee slider, latches at the stern’s bungee storage area. The Tarpon’s swivel rod holder is fitted to the kayak via inserts and slid onto any of the five accessory tracks flanking this boat’s edges. Aside from the included swivel rod holder, you’ve also got two molded-in rod holders so you can have more than one reel on the go at a time.

Our Tarpon fishing kayak is as stable and buoyant as the original model with its 30-inch width, weighs in at 62lbs, and has a max weight capacity of 550lbs.

Let’s talk about the rudder system on the Tarpon fishing kayak for a minute. Aside from the cable launch and retrieve system to control the rudder blade with, the foot pedals are now adjustable. Tracking a straight course is a breeze with the Tarpon. We guess you spotted the extra inserts at the tip of the stern. These are where you have the option to mount an electric propeller with a motor size of up to 48lbs, should you choose to give your kayak a speed boost.

MANATEE 9’0 SINGLE FISHING KAYAK

Completely not territorial, the 9-foot Vanhunks Manatee plays big brother to our 9-foot Whale Runner kayak and features a few extra comforts and convenience trimmings with the accessory tracks and deluxe aluminum adjustable, padded seat. And while Manatees themselves may seem large, heavy and slow, ours weighs in at an easy 51 lbs and can undoubtedly make lakes, rivers, and oceans quick and agile work. Rest assured, you’ll have 330 lbs to carry before your Manatee fishing, and touring kayak starts to lag.

The Mahi Mahi is a trophy fish found in temperate, tropical, and subtropical waters around the world, and just like its namesake, the Vanhunks Mahi Mahi sit on top Fin Drive System kayak loves the same conditions.

The removable Fin Drive System is straightforward to use, allowing you to reach top speeds in no time and maintain momentum when you are moving, and that frees

up your hands when trawling. The easy-to-install Fin Drive System works similar to peddling a bicycle, making for natural movement for most people. The Mahi Mahi is a smooth ride and takes little effort to get it moving. The propeller navigates the Kayak forward, and with the quiet propulsion of the Fin Drive System, the fish will not hear you coming and will still allow you the element of surprise. Kayak Paddles produce splash and generate noise, with the Fin Drive System you will not experience as much noise and disturbances giving you a stealth advantage over your next catch.

A one-handed rudder control allows for easy maneuvering. The rudder system is an integrated design with the bottom of the hull and no need to worry about obstacles that can damage your rudder; the rudder is securely horizontally aligned under the Kayak.

The superior stability of the Kayak makes it great for fishing. You can cast while you are standing up and not worry about the boat tipping or you falling off. Finding the perfect ratio between weight and balance meant we had to relook the length and width of this vessel. 11 feet in length and 34 inches in width and weighing in at 79 lbs with the fin drive system and 70 lbs without the fin drive system, we believe we found the perfect weight to balance ratio. Less length means less weight to be propelled, yet the wide hull still secures plenty of storage space, which is ideal if you bag that big one.
